Synchronization completed - action required

Your invenory has been synced, but some SKUs are duplicated, which need to be corrected for proper tracking.

What you need to do:


Step 1: Log in to Shopify

· Open you Shopify account and go to the Inventory section.

Step 2: Find the duplicate SKUs

· Click on the Search & Filter button in the upper right corner.

· Copy and paste the duplicated SKU from the error message (e.g., SKU 1000, SKU mk, etc.) into the search bar.

· The items with this SKU will be displayed.

Step 3: Fix the duplicate SKU's

· Click on each item one by one and edit the SKU to make it unique.

· Save the changes.

Step 4: Sync again in fluentSTOCK

· Return to fluentSTOCK and click the Integrate button.

· The corrected items will now be synced successfully.

Once this is done, your inventory will be properly updated, and stock levels will be accurate.
